BJJ Blueprint Series : Master the Guillotine Choke in 7 Days



The Missions:

1. Plant the Head: Ensure your opponent's head hits the mat before your back does, forcing your feet to one side.

2. Far Hip Control: Attach your foot to their far hip, limiting their mobility.

3. Knuckles High: Raise your knuckles above their shoulder line for the finish.


Training Drills:

* Grip Domination: Focus on maintaining dominant grips (collar tie, high wrist, 2-on-1, underhook) and attacking snap downs.

* Front Headlock Sparring: Start in a front headlock position (tripod stance or opponent on knees) and alternate between guillotine and back attacks.
